What exactly does the gift subscription include?
Your one-year gift subscription includes premium access to daily connection challenges, weekly coin bonuses for personalized avatar customization, and our exclusive Connection Concierge service. The Connection Concierge provides three personalized video sessions with a dedicated guide who will help your loved one set up their social wellness goals, walk them through their first challenges, and provide ongoing support to ensure they get the most benefit from the app.
How does the gift subscription work?
After purchase, we’ll send a beautifully designed digital gift card to the email address you provide. Your gift recipient can simply tap the redemption link to activate their full year of premium access. They’ll be guided through downloading the app (if they haven’t already) and setting up their account. The subscription activates only when they redeem it, so you can purchase it in advance for birthdays or holidays.
Can I choose the delivery date for my gift?
You can play the Daily challenges solo or play any partner challenge with a friend.
My recipient hasn’t received their gift! What happened?
Daily challenges are played solo and involve short, fun interactions with your friends or community.
Partner challenges are played with friends and can get more creative and silly: build things, find hidden objects and spaces, invent new dance moves, lead a social experiment.
Location challenges are played with friends and are tied to specific locations and landmarks (e.g. a museum) and can only be played when you are physically at that location.
You can also design your own partner challenges to play with friends. From the More menu, select “Challenges,” then “Designed by You,” then “Design New Challenge.”
I’ve been gifted 5 and Go! Unlimited! How do I redeem my gift?
Location Challenges are partner challenges that can only be played at a particular location, like a specific museum or park. You can view the list of locations by pressing play and then swiping right to Location Challenges and tapping the pin icon. If there’s a location near you that you want us to add, please let us know!
